Our Infrared Thermal Imaging (ITI) equipment allows us to see problems that others cannot as a standalone service or when combined with a residential or commercial inspection. This high-tech equipment detects the infrared radiation emitted by heat enabling us to detect slight differences in temperature. Armed with this information, we can utilize our training and years of experience to pinpoint problems below the surface in a non-destructive manner.
